The complete Terms of Service will include: acceptable use of the PluginCastle platform, subscription and billing terms (including cancellation and refund policies), license key generation and distribution responsibilities, limitations of liability, and intellectual property rights.
PluginCastle is a software-as-a-service platform intended for independent developers and studios who create and distribute RPG Maker MZ plugins. The platform may only be used for lawful purposes in connection with legitimate software distribution.
Generating licenses for software you do not own or have rights to distribute is strictly prohibited.
PluginCastle is currently in an early access phase. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during this period. Significant planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Once finalized, any material changes to the Terms of Service will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
