The final policy will detail: what personal data we collect during account registration and platform use, how license validation data (including HWID information) is stored and processed, how we use contact information for account management and support, and your rights regarding your data.
As a developer using PluginCastle, we collect your email address and account credentials. When you add customers and generate licenses, associated customer data is stored in our systems. HWID fingerprints generated during license validation are stored in association with the relevant license record.
We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.
PluginCastle currently uses Brevo (Sendinblue) for transactional email delivery. Payment processing will be handled by a third-party provider — details will be included in the final policy.
